Who is Marwest Management?

Marwest Management has specialized in property management for over fifty years. Marwest prides itself in offering property management services that incorporate best practices and detailed attention to our tenants and our buildings.  Our team has years of industry knowledge and experience and we employ the highest standards in all of our processes.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is subject to late charges if it is not paid in full and on-time.

How can I pay my rent?

Marwest Management has a few options in how to pay your rent:

  1. The most convenient is pre-authorized debit, you never have to remember when your rent is due as we will directly debit your account on the first of the month for your rental payment.
  2. Make an online payment (visa or debit) via the website provided to you in your move in package.
  3. You can pay by cheque or bank draft or cash at either your site office or the Marwest head office located at 500 - 220 Portage Avenue.

Some site offices have on-site debit machines you can use to pay by debit only, during office hours.

How much notice is required to move out?

We require two full calendar months notice before your lease expiration if you plan to move out.  You will be provided with a lease renewal three months before your lease expiration which you should reply in writing that you are not renewing your lease.

Who do I make my rent cheques payable to?

Please make rent cheques payable to "Marwest Management Canada ITF (the name of the property you live at ex.Brio.)" and specify  your unit number and the month that the payment relates to in the cheque details.

What if I have a problem with my unit?

If you experience a problem with your rental unit please contact your site office directly via email or telephone.  If your issue is still unresolved you can email us at info@marwest.ca, be sure to specify your building and unit number.
